Shipping Policy

When will I receive my order?

It takes us 1-2 business days to process an order, after which we will ship it to you. The shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

● Cities with FedEx locations: 1-2 business days.

● Cities without FedEx locations: 1-3 business days

Where is my order shipped from?

We work with two shipping offices, the first one is located in Freire, Araucania Region and the second one in Santiago. Depending on your location it will be shipped from the South or the Center of the country.

Will I have to pay shipping fees for my order?

The delivery of your order does have an associated cost, which will vary depending on your location, the price of this can be quoted by specifying your address in the purchase option of the "Calculate shipping" page.

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet, what do I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

1) Check your confirmation email to make sure that there are no errors in the shipping address and that all the information is correct (complete address, house/apartment number, commune, recipient's name, recipient's phone number). If there are times when no one will be there to receive the order, please indicate how you would prefer it to be delivered.

2) Ask your neighbors if the carrier has left your package with them.

TIP) Avoid theft. If you think you will not be home for the approximate delivery date, use your work address or wherever you will be.

3) If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at with your order or ticket number.

4) If there is a problem with your shipping address, and you have already received the shipping mail, we may be able to re-arrange your product, but depending on the shipping situation you may have to pay for the costs.

TIP) Your zip code is a crucial part of your address. Make sure you enter it correctly.

How do I track my order?

The easiest way is to copy the tracking number that is sent to your email once the order is shipped, and paste it in the "Track&Trace" section at Make sure you choose the "national tracking" option. If you still can't see the status of your order, please contact us at

I received a wrong or damaged product, what do I do?

We are sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve it as soon as possible, please send us an email up to 2 days one week from the time of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible! The only thing we need is that the "Conforming Receipt" delivered by the transport is not signed with the confirmation of conformity
