Return Policy

RETURN POLICIES

All users who make purchases in Chile are protected by law 19.946 and are entitled to the following:

1- Exchange or Return.

The right to exchange or return the product within a maximum period of 2 calendar days from the purchase confirmation. In this case the customer must communicate to the e-mail contacto@WallyNuts.com indicating the reason for the change of product, ticket number and order number, and indicate whether the exchange or refund is partial or total.

a) It is essential to have the following information to proceed with the return, otherwise the area in charge will not be able to verify the folio number associated with the return.

b) Once the order has been dispatched, the exchange is invalid.

c) If the invoice or waybill has been received by the customer, it will be understood that all products were received in accordance with the purchase order or order.

Please note:

We will not proceed to the withdrawal of the product when it does not comply with the packaging conditions declared by the customer.

If a customer decides to cancel a purchase before having received the products, but the product has already been shipped, you must comply with point 1 paragraph b) of these policies.

If the invoice or waybill has been received by the customer, it will be understood that all products were received in accordance with the purchase order or order.

2- Partial Return of the Order:

Shortages

In case any product is invoiced or listed on the waybill and has not been received in its package, the customer must give notice within 10 days of receipt of the shipment, indicating the invoice number and product with the missing code.

3- Refund of money

To request a refund, it is necessary to send an email to contacto@WallyNuts.com with reference to the invoice number and order number. In 5 working days the refund will be made effective only to the owner of the purchase, provided that the requirements requested for the refund are fully complied with.
